Admissions Online

Welcome to St. Paul's Lutheran School Application/Enrollment Portal.  We thank you for your interest.  Prior to applying, please read though the following policies and statements.

 

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $170 must be submitted with each application. The registration fee is refundable only if a student is withdrawn prior to the start of the school year as a result of a family move out of the area.  The refundable amount is only $150.00 per student.  The additional $20.00 from FACTS Management is a processing fee that is non-refundable.

 

Please have ready the following documents ready as you will need these in order to complete the process: Child's Birth Certificate, up to date Immunization Record, Report Cards/Test Scores for grades 1st-8th, Health Physical for Preschool and Kindergarten and if applicable an Individual Education Plan (IEP), 504 or any other modified special education plan.

 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

 

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school online by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.  After a student is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the online enrollment.
